Terms and Conditions

1. This Treasure Chest event is exclusively for ChainBerry (BERRY) token holders who participated in the presale.
2. To be eligible to open a chest, you must hold the minimum required amount of BERRY tokens in your wallet at the time of claiming.
3. Each wallet address can only claim one chest reward during the entire event period. Once you've claimed a chest, you cannot claim another one even if you qualify for a higher tier.
4. The chest rewards are randomly distributed. Higher tier chests have better odds for larger prizes but all prizes are randomly assigned.
5. You must connect your wallet to verify your BERRY holdings and eligibility before opening a chest.
6. Rewards will be distributed within 7 business days after the event concludes.
7. ChainBerry reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity or manipulation of the event rules.
8. All rewards are final and cannot be exchanged or transferred once claimed.
9. Participants are responsible for any tax implications from receiving rewards in their jurisdiction.
10. ChainBerry may modify or terminate this event at any time at its sole discretion, with notice to participants when possible.
